There are various production departments at Luiten, with jobs such as (un)packing, brining meat, mixing the ingredients and mixing the meat. Where you can join the team and start building your career. The production department is a close and stable team that doesn't change. Together, you can make a difference. Every day, it's the same team with the same colleagues. You will make sure that the orders are complete, right on time, and looks perfect for the customers. The start time at work is between 06:00 and 07:00 am depends on the department, and the end time is flexible. The work is usually an 8-hour shift, between Monday and Friday, but extra hours and extra days of the weekend are planned according to the operational needs. Job Requirements: You are interested in production work and want to be part of the production process. Experience is not a must, you can learn everything from the team at Luiten. It is more important to be enthusiastic and motivated. You are able to lift 5 to 8 kg and able to stand for a longer time. You speak English and/or Dutch. You are able to work in a production enviroment with a temperature from 7 degree You are available during peak periods (December and Easter). Willingness to adhere to regulations regarding All visible jewelry, piercings, false nails/eyelashes, or nail polish, which are prohibited in food production environments. Employment Conditions: €0,09 Allowance per hour, for working in a 7 degree environment. Annual December bonus of 3,25% of gross salary (with the condition of working at least 2 months in Luiten).
